Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with [duration] history of [right/left] proximal tibia pain, described as [quality e.g., dull, aching, sharp]. Pain is [constant/intermittent] and [worsens with activity/at rest/at night]. Associated symptoms include [swelling/limp/difficulty weight-bearing]. Denies [trauma/fever/chills/night sweats/unexplained weight loss].
Clinical Examination Findings
Patient is [well-appearing/in mild distress]. Vitals stable. No acute systemic findings. [Alert and oriented x3/appropriate for age].
Treatment Protocol
Discussion with patient regarding diagnosis of Chondromyxoid Fibroma of the proximal tibia. Recommended treatment is [surgical curettage and bone grafting/en bloc resection] to remove the tumor and prevent recurrence. [Further imaging/biopsy results] pending. Follow-up for surgical planning.
