Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with a firm, slowly enlarging, painless or mildly tender subcutaneous mass. No history of rapid growth, systemic symptoms, or distant metastasis. Patient denies constitutional symptoms (fever, weight loss). Relevant history includes [prior trauma/surgical site/FAP/pregnancy].
Clinical Examination Findings
Physical examination reveals a palpable, firm-to-hard, fixed, non-tender, deep-seated mass measuring [X] cm. The overlying skin is intact without erythema or ulceration. No regional lymphadenopathy noted. Mass demonstrates limited mobility due to infiltration into underlying fascia or musculature.
Treatment Protocol
Management strategy discussed: [Active surveillance / Surgical resection with clear margins / Systemic therapy with Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors or NSAIDs]. Patient advised on the high risk of local recurrence and the importance of multidisciplinary tumor board review. Post-operative monitoring via serial MRI imaging scheduled.
