Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with progressive, localized bone pain, often nocturnal, associated with localized swelling and restricted range of motion. No history of recent trauma. Systemic symptoms include unexplained weight loss, fatigue, and low-grade fevers. Duration of symptoms: [Insert duration].
Clinical Examination Findings
Physical examination reveals a palpable, firm, non-tender or tender mass fixed to the underlying bone. Overlying skin may show erythema, warmth, and prominent superficial venous pattern (dilated veins). Neurovascular status is intact distal to the lesion. Assessment of regional lymphadenopathy is negative.
Treatment Protocol
Multidisciplinary management initiated: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy protocol [Insert Protocol] followed by surgical resection (limb-salvage surgery or amputation) and adjuvant chemotherapy. Close monitoring for pulmonary metastasis via serial CT imaging. Pain management via oncology-directed analgesic protocol.
