EN: Management of CRRT circuit anticoagulation by infusing citrate pre-filter (chelating calcium) and infusing calcium post-filter. Requires strict, frequent monitoring of circuit ionized calcium and patient systemic ionized/total calcium. AR: إدارة منع تخثر دائرة CRRT عن طريق تسريب السترات قبل الفلتر (ربط الكالسيوم) وتسريب الكالسيوم بعد الفلتر. يتطلب مراقبة صارمة ومتكررة للكالسيوم المتأين في الدائرة والكالسيوم المتأين/الكلي الجهازي للمريض.
