Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with a deep, boring, unremitting bone pain. Notably worsened at night. May present with a palpable mass or as an incidental finding on imaging.
Clinical Examination Findings
Assessed for constitutional symptoms (weight loss, fever, night sweats).
Treatment Protocol
1. Urgent advanced imaging (MRI with contrast / CT). 2. Labs: CBC, ESR, CRP, Alk Phos. 3. Orthopedic Oncology referral / Biopsy planning.
