Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents to the ophthalmology clinic for evaluation of symptoms related to Age-Related Macular Degeneration (Dry). Reports changes in visual acuity, comfort, or appearance of the eye.
Clinical Examination Findings
Alert, oriented. No systemic distress.
Treatment Protocol
Initiated condition-specific ophthalmic protocol. Prescribed appropriate topical/systemic medications or scheduled surgical/laser intervention as indicated.
