Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with localized pain, swelling, and functional limitation consistent with Avascular Necrosis (AVN) of Hip.
Clinical Examination Findings
Unremarkable. Systemic examination is not the primary focus for this musculoskeletal pathology.
Treatment Protocol
Standard orthopedic protocol: RICE, immobilization/bracing, targeted imaging (X-ray/MRI), and consideration for surgical intervention.
