Patient presents to the internal medicine clinic for follow-up and management of Congestive Heart Failure (Chronic). Reports varying degrees of systemic symptoms impacting daily function.
Clinical Examination Findings
Alert, oriented. Hemodynamically stable. Appearance is consistent with the chronic nature of the condition.
Treatment Protocol
Initiated and optimized disease-specific medical therapy. Appropriate imaging and laboratory tests ordered.
