Patient presents with acute onset of right ankle pain, swelling, and stiffness, following a recent episode of [gastrointestinal/genitourinary] infection. Symptoms are associated with morning stiffness lasting >30 minutes. Denies trauma, recent surgery, or history of crystalline arthropathy.
