Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with [gross/microscopic] hematuria, flank pain, and a palpable abdominal mass. History significant for [Type 1/Type 2] Papillary RCC risk factors. Denies constitutional symptoms (weight loss, night sweats). Duration of symptoms: [Number] weeks.
Clinical Examination Findings
Abdominal exam reveals [tenderness/mass] in the [right/left] flank. Costovertebral angle (CVA) tenderness present/absent. Lymphadenopathy absent in supraclavicular and inguinal regions. Performance status: ECOG [0-4].
Treatment Protocol
