Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with complaints of [heavy menstrual bleeding/menorrhagia], [pelvic pressure/fullness], and [urinary frequency]. Symptoms have been progressive over [duration]. Denies fever, weight loss, or post-coital bleeding. Menstrual history: [regular/irregular] cycles, duration [X] days.
Clinical Examination Findings
Abdominal exam: Uterus is [palpable/non-palpable] above the symphysis pubis, [firm/irregular/mobile] on palpation. Pelvic exam: Bimanual examination reveals an enlarged, irregular, non-tender uterus consistent with leiomyomata. Adnexa are non-palpable and non-tender.
Treatment Protocol
