EN: Multidisciplinary protocol for Calcific Uremic Arteriolopathy. Incorporates specialized, non-traumatic chemical or surgical debridement of necrotic cutaneous lesions, strict avoidance of tissue trauma, and intravenous infusion of Sodium Thiosulfate (typically 25 grams IV administered during the last 30-60 minutes of, or immediately following, hemodialysis sessions, three times weekly) to dissolve vascular calcium-phosphate precipitates.
