EN: Percutaneous interventional procedure to clear a clotted dialysis access using pharmacomechanical thrombolysis (e.g., tPA and balloon maceration) followed by angioplasty of the culprit stenosis. AR: إجراء تداخلي عبر الجلد لتنظيف مدخل غسيل كلوي متجلط باستخدام إذابة الخثرة الدوائية الميكانيكية (مثل tPA وتفتيت البالون) يليه رأب الوعاء للتضيق المسبب.
