Patient Usually Complains Of
Patient presents with chronic, deep, aching bone pain, localized to [site(s)]. Reports associated symptoms of [bone deformity/enlargement/joint stiffness/hearing loss/nerve compression]. Symptoms are progressive in nature, exacerbated by weight-bearing. No history of recent trauma. Denies constitutional symptoms such as fever or night sweats.
Clinical Examination Findings
Physical examination reveals bony enlargement and deformity at [site(s)]. Palpation demonstrates localized warmth over affected areas. Range of motion at adjacent joints is [restricted/normal]. Neurological screening is [intact/positive for radiculopathy]. Assessment for cranial nerve involvement (specifically CN VIII) is [negative/positive]. Gait analysis shows [normal/antalgic/waddling] pattern.
Treatment Protocol
Initiated pharmacological therapy with bisphosphonates [e.g., Zoledronic acid/Alendronate] to suppress osteoclastic activity.
