EN: Wide resection of the distal radius for tumors (e.g., aggressive GCT or Sarcoma), reconstructed by harvesting the proximal fibula and fusing it to the carpal bones (Wrist Arthrodesis). AR: استئصال واسع للرسغ البعيد للأورام (مثل GCT العدواني أو الساركوما)، ويُعاد بناؤه بحصد الشظية القريبة ودمجها مع عظام الرسغ (دمج الرسغ).
