EN: A calcimimetic agent administered intravenously at the end of a hemodialysis session for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in ESRD patients. Increases the sensitivity of the calcium-sensing receptor to activation, lowering PTH without the GI side effects of oral Cinacalcet. AR: عامل شبه الكالسيوم يُعطى وريدياً في نهاية جلسة غسيل الكلى لعلاج فرط نشاط جارات الدرقية الثانوي لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي النهائي. يزيد من حساسية مستقبل استشعار الكالسيوم للتنشيط، مما يقلل من هرمون PTH دون الآثار الجانبية المعوية لسيناكالسيت الفموي.
