Intravenous Rituximab Infusion Protocol for Glomerular Disease
Protocol / Details
EN: Monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody therapy infused at 375 mg/m² weekly for 4 doses or 1000 mg on days 1 and 15. Requires mandatory pre-medication with IV Methylprednisolone, oral Acetaminophen, and Diphenhydramine. Requires continuous vital sign monitoring to detect infusion reactions. AR: العلاج بالأجسام المضادة أحادية النسيلة المضادة لـ CD20 يتم حقنه بجرعة 375 ملجم/متر مربع أسبوعياً لـ 4 جرعات أو 1000 ملجم في اليومين 1 و 15. يتطلب علاجاً تمهيدياً إلزامياً بميثيل بريدنيزولون وريدياً، وأسيتامينوفين فموياً، وديفينهيدرامين. يتطلب مراقبة مستمرة للعلامات الحيوية للكشف عن تفاعلات الحقن.
